Who do I contact in the event of a claim?

8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am – 4.00pm on Saturday.
You can email us at: info@quotedesk.co.uk to report a claim and we will contact you during the next working period.
Do you offer Direct Debit payments?
Yes we do. For our Park Home and Static Home Policy we offer an interest free direct debit facility with no deposit required. For all other commercial products we have a direct debit facility with an independent premium credit provider. They charge an annual interest rate of 8.5%.
Do you charge extra for Debit / Credit card payments?
We make no additional charge on top of the quoted premium if you elect to settle the annual premium by one annual payment.
Does your quoted premium include all government taxes?
Yes it does. Insurance premium tax at 5% is included.
Do you make any additional charges for mid term changes to the policy?
No. The administration fee we charge at the start of the policy covers all future amendments.
How can I view or download the Policy Wording & Policy Summary?
We encourage our clients to use our online facility where all our policy wordings and summaries can be viewed and downloaded if required.
Do you offer a No Claims Discount?
Our policies include no claims discounts where this is offered by the Underwriters.
Do I need to do anything at renewal?
We will contact you by email at least 21 days before your renewal is due with details of the terms we can offer for the coming year. We will then contact you nearer to the renewal date to discuss any questions you may have.
